All in One Support Button is a viable tool that can help you manage many social networks at the same time as your social network.

You can choose which contact methods will be displayed on the desktop and mobile versions of your site separately. That way you can also set up a link for the desktop version and another one for mobile devices.

– Button customization:

Customize the position, color, size, icon, label of the button. All settings can be configured separately for the mobile and desktop version of the widget

– Menu customization:

customize menu size, menu background, menu icon style, text color, etc. All settings can be configured separately for the mobile and desktop version of the widget

– Menu items: choose the items you want, add/edit/delete menu items

– Menu item visibility-chose which items are displayed on the desktop and mobile devices separately

– Custom JavaScript driver: You can write a custom JavaScript element driver to integrate the widget with live chat widgets, run Google Analytics code, and more.

– Live chat integrations: You can use this functionality to integrate with one or a few live chats, such as FaceBook customer chat, Tawk.to, Zendesk chat, etc. (see full list below)

– Customize request messages: add / edit / delete request messages

– Callback request: the customer can easily request a callback to their phone number

How All in One Support Button works

– When the visitor requests a callback, he will receive an email

– You can use the Twilio integration to receive SMS when a visitor requests a callback

– You can create and integrate the Telegram chatbot to receive a Telegram message when a visitor requests a callback

– You can use the Onesignal integration to receive web push notifications when a visitor requests a call back

– Callback requests in the administration panel – you can manage all callback requests in the administration panel (see screenshots)

– Integration with Google reCaptcha V3: prevent bots from sending callback requests via invisible Google reCaptcha V3 (see screenshots)

– Countdown timer – displays the countdown timer when the customer requests a call back

– Hashtag commands: you can use a simple href hashtag link to send some commands (open menu, close menu, open callback popup, etc.) to the widget. Please refer to the documentation for more details.

– Short codes: you can use short codes on any page of your site to display the contact buttons (see screenshots)

– Export / Import settings: Science version 1.5.0 can easily export all the plug-in data to a file. This tool allows you to migrate to a newer version without data loss.
